Jennifer Konfrst Wins the Iowa State Fair Straw Poll

in Iowa’s Third Congressional District Primary

Windsor Heights, IA - Former State House Democratic Leader and IA-03 Congressional candidate State Rep. Jennifer Konfrst has officially won the Iowa Secretary of State’s straw poll, besting all Democratic candidates with 51.12% of the vote. Historically, the Straw Poll has been a strong indicator of official election results.

“We’re building a campaign by and for working Iowans that’s ready to win– and Iowans from all over this district are seeing that,” said Konfrst. “Coming to the Fair with my family when I was a kid was a highlight of our summer and began a tradition I carried on with my own kids.
